چکیده

Steroid hormones are active substances that necessary in the normal functioning of all physiological activities body, such as sexual characteristics, metabolism, and mood control. They also widely used exogenous chemicals medical pharmaceutical applications treatments at times growth promoters animal farming. The vast application steroid has resulted them being found different matrices, food, environmental, biological samples. presence matrices means they can easily come into contact with humans animals compounds, resulting abnormal concentrations lead to endocrine disruption. This makes their determination a vital part pollutant management Although advances analytical instruments constant, it been determined these still require some sample preparation steps be able determine occurrence pollutants complex which occur. Advances made ensure easier, selective, sensitive analysis matrices. Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) have termed advanced solid-phase (SPE) materials for selective extraction preconcentration review explores MIPs types.

Molecularly Imprinted Polymers (MIPs) in Biomedical Applications

Within biological systems, these are usually dynamic and are the result of a mass of noncovalent interactions, which act collectively to form a very stable system. Molecular imprinting is a relatively new and rapidly evolving technique used to create synthetic receptors, having recognition properties comparable to the biological systems and it also possesses great potential in a number of appli...

Citrinin selective molecularly imprinted polymers for SPE.

Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for citrinin (Cit) with 1-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid (HNA) as mimic template were prepared and the molecularly imprinted SPE method was developed for the detection of Cit in rice with HPLC. The adsorption properties of HNA and Cit on the MIPs and nonimprinted polymers were investigated. It proved that MIPs showed higher selectivity adsorption to HNA and Cit t...

Selective Extractions by Molecularly Imprinted Polymers (MIPs)

Sample preparation is often the rate-limiting step in analytical methods and its effectiveness has a critical impact on accuracy, quantification and, ultimately, the precision of any measurement. Traditionally, liquid–liquid extraction methods are frequently used for the extraction of organic analytes from aqueous samples. To overcome some of the disadvantages of liquid–liquid extraction (e.g.,...

Selective Sorbents for Solid-Phase Extraction Based on Molecularly Imprinted Polymers

2 Solid-phase extraction (SPE) is a technique for extracting and purifying analytes in solution. When concentrations of the target analytes decrease, the number of matrix components that can potentially interfere with quantification or identification will increase and create higher demands on the selectivity and sensitivity of an applied analytical method. Many analytical methods comprise a sam...
